I’m here to help you discover the more. Soulcare takes time and space and support. You don’t have to do it alone.
Like you, a longing for more sent me on a journey years ago. My best guides taught me to slow down, listen deeply, and trust my inner wisdom. They taught me that I’m capable of more than I thought and more supported than I could imagine.

I can teach you gentle curiosity for the parts of you that are tender, fearful, judgemental, or pissed off. I can help you nurture connection to your body, your longings, to those around you, to creation, and to God.

When it’s over, I want to say: all my life

I was the bridegroom, taking the world into my arms.
When it’s over, I don’t want to wonder
if I have made of my life something particular, and real.
I don’t want to find myself sighing and frightening,
or full of argument.
I don’t want to end up having simply visited this world.
